After a distinguished and successful career at the high school level in the Baltimore area, Chris Fallon makes the jump to coaching college football this season. Fallon will coach the Blue Jays' strong safeties (outside linebackers) in JHU's 4-4-3 defensive alignment and will assist in the team's overall defensive game plan.
A 1981 graduate of nearby Towson University, Fallon spent the last three years as an assistant coach at Overlea High School, where he coached the running backs and linebackers. He helped guide the Falcons to the Class 2A North Regional Playoffs in 2005 and 2006.
Prior to his three-year stint at Overlea, Fallon spent six years on the staff at Loyola Blakefield in Baltimore. He coached wide receivers, defensive ends and linebackers for the Dons.
