2001: Played in all 12 games as a key member of JHU’s defensive midfield • Played as a short-stick defensive middie for the first seven games before switching to long-stick for the final five games (made the switch when P.J. DiConza was lost for the season with a knee injury) • Had 20 ground balls on the year.

2000: Quietly worked way into a regular spot in Hopkins’ defensive rotation • Played in 10 games with one start (Maryland) and had four ground balls to his credit • In addition to playing close defense, also saw time on the wing on faceoffs and spot duty on JHU’s man-down unit as well.
