Jeff Grosser is in his second season on the Blue Jays' coaching staff. A 2006 graduate of Johns Hopkins with a degree in public health, Grosser was a four-year letterwinner for the Blue Jays and captained the squad in his junior and senior seasons. A defender, Grosser played in 81 games in his career, scoring eight goals and tallying three assists for 19 points. He was a two-time First Team All-Centennial Conference selection and a second team NSCAA All-Region honoree in 2005.
Grosser helped lead the Blue Jays to two Centennial Conference titles, two ECAC South Championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances. In 2004, Hopkins advanced to the Sweet Sixteen, where the team suffered its only loss of the season. He was named the Johns Hopkins Male Athlete of the Year following his senior season. Grosser is in his second year of graduate school at the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins. He is also an assistant coach on the Olympic Development staff for Maryland.
