Ryan Orner joins head coach Bobby Van Allen's staff for the 2007-08 season.
Orner began his coaching career in 2006 at Oldfields School, a private boarding school in Baltimore County, Maryland. As the head coach Orner was able to establish and develop their first cross-country program.
Orner graduated from Towson University in 1999 with a degree in Psychology. While at Towson University he competed for both the cross-country and track and field teams. As a captain of Towson's 1999 cross-country team, Orner led the Tigers to a Maryland State Championship and the most successful season in the men's team history. Orner also qualified for four ECAC championships and was a finalist at the America East Conference Championship in several events.
